4th weigh in

OK, guys it's time for the 4th week weigh in. I have been terrible the last two weeks but now I am ready to go again. I have learned that I am a stress eater. We joined the YMCA and I have already taken my first step class. I feel like a bus just hit me but I know I will feel better soon. Let's all have a great week.

Hi Gals,

I am posting this weeks weigh in on Sunday! Tuesday's are hard for me to get enough computer time. You can weigh in and post whenever you want just try to keep the same day. Sorry for the false start last week.

Try to fit some exercise into your day

Let's try to fit some exercise into your day tomorrow. If it works try it for the whole week.
Ideas:
Take the stairs everywhere you go: up and down
Park as far out as you can at the grocery
Stand up and Sit down continually during all commercials of your favorite show
Walk around the couch during all commercials
Post a comment of what you did different to get in some exercise
