Let's try to fit some exercise into your day tomorrow. If it works try it for the whole week.
Ideas:
Take the stairs everywhere you go: up and down
Park as far out as you can at the grocery
Stand up and Sit down continually during all commercials of your favorite show
Walk around the couch during all commercials
Post a comment of what you did different to get in some exercise

I am going to use the stairs everytime at work tomorrow and go up and down an extra time at lunch

ReplyDeleteSounds like a good plan - I will go down to the first floor to use the rest room - and take the stairs back up! (sounds like a lot but it's only 2 floors - but I'll be huffing by the time I get there!)
